1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Boontham" / "We" / "Us": Boontham, operating at 201 Phetkasem Road, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160, Thailand
- "Participant" / "You": An individual who enrols in or enquires about a Boontham course
- "Course": Any of the three programmes offered by Boontham, as described on our website
- "Materials": Reference cards, worksheets, checklists, and other documents provided as part of a course
- "Agreement": These Terms & Conditions as accepted by you at the time of enrolment
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enrolment enquiry or completing enrolment in any Boontham course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
3. Course Descriptions and Availability
Course descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and accurately reflect the content we intend to deliver. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content, scheduling, or delivery format where circumstances require, and will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants in advance.
Course availability is subject to minimum enrolment numbers. If a scheduled course cannot proceed due to insufficient enrolments, we will offer participants a place in the next available intake or a full refund of any fees already paid.
4. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the applicable course fee in Thai Baht (฿). Course fees are as listed on the website at the time of enrolment. All fees are inclusive of the sessions, materials, and any advisory or mentoring calls described in the course listing.
Payment methods and instructions are provided at the time of enrolment. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 5 below.
5. Cancellation and Transfers
We understand that personal circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, please notify us as early as possible at [email protected].
- Transfer to a later intake: Permitted without charge if requested at least 7 days before the first session
- Cancellation with refund: A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the first session. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but transfer to a later intake will be offered where possible
- Cancellation by Boontham: If we cancel a course, a full refund will be issued within 14 days
6. Participant Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants during sessions
- Not record sessions without the explicit consent of the instructor
- Not reproduce or distribute course materials beyond your own personal reference use
- Not share login credentials or session access links with non-enrolled individuals
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, worksheets, and reference documents are the intellectual property of Boontham. Upon enrolment, participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for their own reference. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of materials to third parties is not permitted without our prior written consent.
8. Educational Nature of Courses
Boontham's courses are educational programmes designed to build understanding of bonds and fixed income markets. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial instruments. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Courses are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure content accuracy, we do not warrant that information is free from error or will remain current after the date of delivery. Market conditions, regulations, and data change over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Boontham's liability to participants is limited to the course fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from participation in or reliance on our courses.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to participants with active enrolments via email. Continued participation in a Boontham course following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
